Teak Range, Parasols and Cushions:
 
Q. Is your teak from sustainable forestry?
                                                                
A. Yes. Our teak comes from sustainable plantations which are government owned and managed. Only larger, older trees are felled, leaving the younger trees to thrive and take their place. There is also a quota on the number of trees taken and a comprehensive replanting program.
 
Q. What makes teak so durable?
                              
A. It is very durable because it has a high content of natural oils which help protect against fungal and bacterial attack and hence resistant to rotting. Teak is the wood of choice for yacht decking because of its durability and resistance to the elements.
 
Q. What effect does weathering have on Teak?
 
A. Teak is a natural product and will expand and contract with changing climatic conditions. This occasionally leads to slight cracking, mainly on the end grain, which is perfectly normal and does not affect the longevity or structural strength of the product. If left untreated teak will weather to a beautiful silver grey colour.
                                                                         
Q. Does the furniture come flat packed?
 
A. Any products delivered flat packed will be stated on the web site. All our flat packed items are designed to be assembled easily and come with instructions.
 
Q. Is there a guarantee for the teak, parasols and cushions?
 
A. Yes. We give a warranty for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product simply return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
                                                         
Q. What if I get my order and I’m not satisfied?
 
A. We are that confident in our product range that we offer a 14 day ‘no quibble, money back’ guarantee should you be in anyway disappointed with your purchase.

The customers intention to return the goods must be notified via email within 7 working days. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods and to pay any carriage associated with their return. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. A full refund shall then be given minus actual delivery cost where applicable.
 
Q. How quickly will the furniture be delivered and how much will it cost?
 
A. Delivery is within 14 days of receipt of order. If the order is urgently required please phone our team and we will endeavor to get it to you within 3 working days. In the unlikely event the item is out of stock please allow 28 days. You will be Kept fully informed on the progress of your order.

Delivery costs:
Delivery costs will be clearly displayed at the checkout. For multiple purchases the product with the highest delivery cost will apply to the whole order. Orders over £500 are free of charge (exceptions apply).
 



Pavilions & Smoking Shelters:
 
Q. Does the price include assembly?
 
A. Yes. Please phone our sales team if you want to DIY
 
Q. Does the price include delivery?
 
No. Please phone our sales team to get a quote.
 
Q. Do I need planning permission?
 
A. On the whole no permission is needed as they are not classed as permanent structures. However each local authority have different rules and to be safe you might want to contact your local planning officer.
 
Q. Do the pavilions come with a floor?
 
A. Yes. All our pavilions come with a pressure treated wooden floor.
 
Q. Do I need to prepare a base?
 
A. It is important that we have a stable, flat and level area to build upon.
 
Q. Can you fit electrics?
 
A. No. You will need to employ your local electrician to install any electrical work.
 
Q. Do I need to treat it?
 
A. Our pavilions come fully treated and won’t need re-staining for at least 3 years (exceptions apply as stated on web site).
 
Q. Do they have a guarantee?
 
A. Yes. All our pavilions are guaranteed for 1 year. Build and material quality is exceptional and we have never had a complaint.
 
Q. What is the delivery time?
 
A. Please phone our team to arrange delivery usually within 2-6 weeks.
 



Aluminium Furniture
 
Q. Does the furniture come flat packed?

A. Any products delivered flat packed or needing some assembly will be stated on the web site. All our flat packed items are designed to be assembled easily and come with instructions.
 
Q. Is there a guarantee?

A. Yes. We give a warranty for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product simply return it to us for a full refund or replacement.

Picnic Tables                                                                           
 
Q. Do they come assembled?
 
A. No all our picnic table are delivered flat packed by pallet with easy to follow instructions and are designed to be built easily and quickly. We can deliver assembled for larger orders but this may incur a charge. Please phone our team for a quote.
 
Q. Is there a guarantee?
                                               
A. Yes. We give a full warranty for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery.
 
Q. How quickly will the picnic tables be delivered and how much will it cost?
 
A. Delivery is within 14 days of receipt of order. If the order is urgently required please phone our team and we will endeavor to get it to you within 3 working days. In the unlikely event the item is out of stock please allow 28 days. You will be Kept fully informed on the progress of your order.

Heaters
 
Q. Is there a guarantee?
                                               
A. Yes. We give a full warranty for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery.
 
Q. How much do they cost to run?
                                                                                                                                
A. Electricity costs around 8p per kw per hour depending on your supplier so for example a 1.5kw heater (1.5 x 8p) will cost 12p per hour to run.
 
Q. Do you sell PIRs and Timer Switches
 
A. Yes. Please refer to web site
 
Q. Are they easy to wire in?
 
A. Yes. Heaters under 3kw can be plugged straight in to a normal socket or can be hard wired in. Heaters 3kw plus should be hardwired in to your mains and should only be done by a qualified electrician.
 
Q. Can you fit them?
 
A. No. We do not fit heaters. Please employ your local electrician if you require them to be hard wired.

Q. Have the products been tested?
 
A. All the products have been tested and comply to British and European legislation. Please contact our sales team for more information and documentation.
 
Q. How quickly will the Rubber Flooring be delivered and how much will it cost?
 
A. Delivery is within 14 days of receipt of order.

Q. Delivery costs:                

A. Delivery is free (minimum order 5 square metres, exceptions apply)
 
Q. Is there a difference between commercial play equipment (open to the public) and domestic play equipment?

A. Yes. For commercial play equipment there are many rules, regulation and standards to adhere to and therefore a big difference in price. The website clearly states whether the play equipment is for commercial or domestic purpose.
