Guernsey Walk-In Commercial Bar Table - 4 Person - Green Pine - FSC® Certified

An unusual bar height easy access walk-in 4 seat picnic table constructed from thicker timbers for strength and durability. As the name suggests, this is a walk-in type picnic table which allows easier access at the sides than a traditional A frame picnic table. The top and seat also have rounded edges which mean no sharp edges when adults and children dine at this picnic table.

The picnic table top has a 40mm diameter parasol hole to accommodate our 2.5m garden parasols (sold separately), so you and your family can enjoy the summer without having to worry about protecting yourself from the sun.

Pine furniture will have knots and other natural features in the timber which is a natural characteristic of the wood and will not compromise the strength of your furniture. This bench has been dip treated with a preservative to protect it and extend its life-span. Your bench can be used immediately and left outside in all types of weather.

The bench can be used in its natural state or it can be painted or stained. It is recommended that a water repellent preservative is applied at the end of summer and then annually to maintain the natural appearance and stop mould forming during cold and wet months, but this is optional as your bench can be easily cleaned using just soapy water. More severe stains can be removed with any normal cleaning fluid or if needed you can refresh the entire surface with a light sanding using a medium grit sandpaper.

Timber is a natural product and will expand and contract with changing climatic conditions which may lead to slight cracking. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the longevity or structural strength of the product. 

The picnic table can be easily assembled by using the allen bolts, allen key and screws which are included, however a cross head screw driver is required. Please do not tighten the fittings until the entire bench is lined up. This allows some movement of the parts so that the fittings can be matched to their respective holes. Only tighten the bolts and screws when the bench is fully assembled.
