LEISUREBENCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
In the following Terms and Conditions of Sale LeisureBench Ltd and their subsidiary companies are referred to throughout as Sellers and the buyer named on the order received is referred to as Buyers. Buyers are considered to be aware of, and to have accepted in all aspects, these Terms & Conditions.
Quotations given by Sellers shall be valid for 30 days from the date of their issuance. Sellers reserve the right to withdraw, alter or otherwise amend, without notice, any price quotation on expiry of 30 days. Quotations are subject to availability of the goods. All sales within UK and EU are subject to UK VAT at the applicable standard rate.
Buyers shall confirm their requirements in writing on a business letterhead or with their name, address and post-code, and telephone number, clearly stated, prior to despatch of any goods.
Individual orders are to be accompanied by payment in full. Payments made by credit charge will attract a surcharge of 1.5% (to be calculated by Buyers at the time of ordering). Goods bought by payment by cheque will not be despatched until that cheque has been cleared.
Sellers will confirm in writing all orders received.
Trade accounts may be opened. Payment Terms applicable are payment to be received by BACS within 28 days of the date of Sellers invoice. If an account remains unpaid 30 days after the date of Sellers invoice Sellers reserve the right to charge interest retrospectively at a rate equal to 3% per annum above Barclays Bank plc base lending rate from the date of the invoice until payment is received, and to suspend deliveries until all outstanding payments are received.
All goods remain the property of LeisureBench or any subsidiary company until paid for in full.
Sellers reserve the right where goods have been discontinued or are out of stock, to replace them with similar or like products of equal or higher value. The same applies to goods where modifications have been made to the original design.
Sellers will always endeavour to deliver on time but will not be liable to Buyers in the event of missed or delayed delivery dates.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened with any seals intact and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item excluding any additional delivery charge paid. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue credits for items that we do not receive. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the item within 30 days of receiving the replacement item.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods are covered by a warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. Any returns made where reimbursement is sought by Buyers on a valid complaint will be strictly limited to the original purchase price of the goods.
Any dispute arising from or out of any contract of sale and purchase between the parties which cannot be mutually determined shall - save for recovery of monies due - be referred for settlement by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, to which the law of England shall apply.
