ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT I LIKE THAT'S OUT OF STOCK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Both home buyers and trade customers can still order indoor and outdoor furniture that is out of stock via the normal check out process. Once we have received your order, it will be placed on back order ready for when we have stock of your requested furniture again. Our Customer Care team will contact you shortly after you have placed your order to inform you of an estimated delivery date.

  • DO YOU OFFER AN ASSEMBLY SERVICE?

    Yes, we do. At LeisureBench we can offer an assembly service to both home and commercial buyers for any of our indoor and outdoor furniture. However, this service will come at a charge of £10 + VAT per item and will need to be arranged with our Customer Care team. Delivery costs usually are higher with assembled furniture as well due to the size and volume increase of the order.

  • DO YOU OFFER AN ENGRAVING SERVICE ON YOUR BENCHES?

    We do! At LeisureBench, engraving and plaques for our hardwood benches or just plaques for our softwood benches is an option. Character numbers will depend on the furniture and/or plaque that you choose. We request that you email us the exact wording that you require to support@leisurebench.co.uk and we will work with you to make sure this fits perfectly. Please allow up to 10 working days for your plaque or engraving to be processed.

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

    For both home and trade customers, once you have been through the checkout process on the LeisureBench website and confirmed your furniture order, an order acknowledgement screen will appear. This includes an order reference number. We recommend that you print out this page so you can refer back to it. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address provided whilst making your order.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CARD IS DECLINED?

    Once you have attempted to make a payment on the LeisureBench website and it has come back as declined, you will need to contact the card provider to check why this may be, as we cannot see a reason for your card being declined. Should you wish, you can contact our Customer Care team on 01949 862920 and make an attempt to purchase your choice of indoor and outdoor furniture over the phone, however we will also not be able to see a reason why a card is declined should this happen.

  • CAN I PAY BY AMEX?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment via AMEX at this moment in time. However, you can call our Customer Care team on 01949 862920 or online and we can accept most other major credit/debit cards.

  • DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS FLAT-PACKED?

    At LeisureBench, almost all of our indoor and outdoor furniture is shipped flat packed. They can be assembled for both home and commercial buyers for a service charge of £10 + VAT per item and this will need to be arranged with our Customer Care team. Delivery costs usually are higher with assembled furniture due to the size and volume increase of the products. This will also affect the delivery charge as assembled furniture is sent out on pallets.

  • CA I PAY BY INVOICE?

    Yes, of course. The LeisureBench website allows payment through a few different options. Please add your chosen furniture to 'My Basket' and proceed to check out. Once you have completed steps 1, 2 and 3 please select the payment method 'Request an Invoice' at step 4. Once you have confirmed your order, an invoice will be emailed directly to you from our Customer Care team.

  • CAN I PAY BY BACs?

    Yes, of course. The LeisureBench website allows payment through a few different options. Please add your chosen furniture to 'My Basket' and proceed to check out. Once you have completed steps 1, 2 and 3 please select the payment method 'Pay by BACs' at step 4. Once you have confirmed your order, an invoice containing our BACs details will be emailed directly to you from our Customer Care team. When making payment, please reference your order number, this will look something like 'LB-N2-123'.

  • CAN I PAY BY CHEQUE?

    Yes, you can. We can accept cheques however this is not an option highlighted on our website. Please write your order number and delivery address on the back of the cheque and post to: LeisureBench Ltd, Moor Lane, Stathern, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE14 4EZ Please contact our Customer Care team on 01949 862920 for more information.

  • DO YOU PRICE MATCH?

    Yes, we do. Should you find any of our wide selection of indoor and outdoor furniture in another place at a cheaper price, LeisureBench will match that price for both home and trade buyers. You will need to contact our Customer Care team by telephone on 01949 862920 or via email at support@leisurebench.co.uk and we will arrange this for you.

  • DO YOU OFFER A TRADE DISCOUNT?

    Yes, we do. The LeisureBench website is a trade website as well, so all of our indoor and outdoor furniture’s listed prices have already been discounted. We can also offer a further volume related discount on large furniture orders and you can see this on each individual item. Should you wish to enquire further about a volume or trade discount, please contact our Customer Care team on 01949 862920.
